The developers of the Bourbon Brothers restaurants on Colorado Springs’ far north side are targeting June 15 for completion of what they’re calling the Bourbon Brothers Promenade. It’s envisioned as a 350-person, outdoor amphitheater and gathering area that will link the existing Bourbon Brothers Southern Kitchen with the Bourbon Brothers Seafood and Chophouse, which is slated to open in the fourth quarter of this year.
Both restaurants and the promenade are part of the Copper Ridge at Northgate retail center southeast of Interstate 25 and North Gate Boulevard; the restaurants and promenade are just across from Bass Pro Shops.
According to a news release from the Bourbon Brothers’ developers: “The Promenade, a 350-person outdoor amphitheater, will be the future home to farmers markets, summer concerts, outdoor movies, special-event catering and other community-centered activities. The Promenade will include a pavilion for food and drink service and a stage area for entertainment.”
The Bourbon Brothers Seafood and Chophouse, meanwhile, “will bring fine dining, with a unique New Orleans style, to the newest development in northern Colorado Springs. Catering to a high-end dining audience on the building’s lower level, and a more laid-back taproom with a tapas menu on the upper level, the restaurant will carry the southern-style theme of the collection through and through,” according to the news release.

The Springs-based Bourbon Brothers Holding Corp., which was announced in January, is a public entity that is operating Bourbon Brothers Southern Kitchen and overseeing development of what its owners are targeting as 40 Bourbon Brothers-themed locations around the country in the next five years.
