15 office buildings in Colorado Springs sell for $134 million

As The Gazette reported last week, Patriot Equities of suburban Philadelphia purchased 15 Class A, or top-of-the-line, office buildings in Colorado Springs from Maryland-based Corporate Office Properties Trust. The purchase price wasn’t initially available when the news broke. But on Friday, COPT issued a news release on the sale, and said the properties sold for a total of $134 million — one of the largest office deals in the city’s history.  Here’s a list of the buildings as detailed in COPT’s news release, with the buildings’ addresses and square feet:
