Here’s your chance to be heard on whether the person seated next to you on the airliner can jabber away all she wants on her cell phone on your next flight to, say, Tampa.Go to the U.S. Department of Transportation web site and let them know what you think. To comment, go here.http://www.regulations.gov/#!searchResults;rpp=25;po=0;s=DOT-OST-2014-0002-0001;fp=true;ns=trueThe issue was raised by the Federal Communications Commission fired out a notice of proposed rulemaking that if adopted would undo the FCC’s prohibition on the use of cellular service on airplanes.Meantime, in case it goes through, you’ll need to be prepared.Practice the following:Drown ‘em out: Put plugs in your ears and repeat over and over, na na na na na na na.Phone grab: Practice snatching cell phones from people who are talking and throwing it away. That’s all I can think of right now.I need other ideas.
