If you are thinking of using Austin Bluffs Parkway this weekend, think again.
Starting Saturday at 6 a.m. through Monday (October 7) at 6 a.m., Austin Bluffs westbound and eastbound will be reduced from two lanes to one from Stanton Road to Regent Circle for construction of a waterline.
Two lanes in each direction will reopen to traffic on Monday (October 7) at 6 a.m., just in time for work.
The westbound Austin Bluffs Parkway off-ramp to Union Blvd will continue to be reduced to one lane for construction of a new storm sewer. No date was given for the end of that project.
Eastbound Austin Bluffs will continue to be reduced from three lanes to two at American Drive for construction of a new right turn lane. The right turn lane onto American will continue to be closed. Traffic making right turns should follow the detour to Morning Sun Avenue.
All lanes will reopen to traffic October 15 at 5 p.m.
Wait. there’s more.
Also starting on Saturday (October 5) at 6 a.m. through Monday (October 7) at 6 a.m., Austin Bluffs westbound and eastbound will be reduced from two lanes to one just east of Union Blvd for median work.
