Sample up to 17 varieties of New Belgium’s “most esoteric” offerings, while watching a collection of beer-inspired short films, at Clips,  a national, touring beer and film celebration sponsored by New Belgium Brewing that stops in America The Beautiful Park on Thursday.

The one-night event runs 7:30 – 10:30 p.m., with screenings of the short films – all created by fans of the Fort Collins brewery and its beers – starting at nightfall.

Admission is free. Three ounce samples are $1.25 and full 12 oz. pours are $5. All proceeds benefit Colorado Springs nonprofits, Medicine Wheel Trail Advocates, which maintains trails in the Pikes Peak region, and UpaDowna.  beersandfilm2

Bring food, bottled water and low chairs or a blanket to sit on (no outside alcohol, though). Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
