Broncos: Loose, as usual

For all the jibber-jabber coming out of Seattle… and New England… and other regions of the football hemisphere leading into Super Bowl XLVIII, the Broncos are, well, quite boring.

The only trash-talk heard in the Broncos locker room today came from David Bruton, when I asked for his impression of teammate Zane Beadles dancing on The Ellen Show.

“I think he needs to watch more BET,” Bruton joked.

There’s no Richard Sherman at Dove Valley (above). There aren’t that many trash-talkers, period, actually. An unscientific poll conducted earlier this season suggested Peyton Manning, of all people, is the biggest talker. If Peyton’s your biggest trash-talker, you don’t have many trash-talkers.

“We know what it takes to win,” Eric Decker said today. “We don’t need to talk about it. We need to play about it.”
