Here is a great example why I love Colorado.

Buzzfeed put together a list of 20 Colorado places that will take your breath away. The list is nothing new to Colorado residents, especially those that love hiking. Still, it’s a lovely site and list.

Sadly, I’ve only visited one and it was recently named best park in the country – Garden of the Gods Park.

Most of these are on my Colorado bucket list, which seems to be overflowing these days.

Buzzfeed’s list plays off taking your breath away and literally taking your breath away.

Example: Garden of the Gods

What will take your breath away: Looking at some of the most bizarre rock formations in the world.
What will literally take your breath away: Watching other people climb the most bizarre rock formations in the world. [Hands sweat]

The Colorado Springs park is 11th but I don’t think it’s a ranking because it would be closer to the top spot, right?

Which ones have you visited and which do you recommend first.

Here’s my top 5 I want to visit first

1-Mesa Verde

2-Red Rocks Amphitheatre

3-Royal Gorge Bridge

4-Great Sand Dunes

5-Crystal Lake
