I think I might have to bring the Gray Duck to Colorado.

Only we Minnesotans understand the Gray Duck. Not saying we’re superior or anything but.

Here’s a map.

I grew up playing “Duck, Duck, Gray Duck”, or what those in Colorado know as “Duck, Duck, Goose”. It’s the game children play that involves them walking around a circle of other children. You know the rest.

Wait, what? Goose? Where did the goose come from? Canada?

According to scientific study, Minnesotans are the only one to use “Gray Duck”. OK, not a scientific study. Probably more like hearsay. The rest of the United States uses “Goose”.

Here’s a little more background on the Minnesota game.

So, Colorado, “Duck, Duck, Gray Duck”, anyone?
