There’s an app for almost anything these days so I wasn’t surprised when I heard about “Weed Firm” or its popularity.

“Weed Firm” is a smartphone app that allows users to live the life of a marijuana dealer. Basically it’s a game in form of selling weed and making “money.”

“Weed Firm” doesn’t have a direct link to Colorado other than the marijuana angle.

Anyway, the weed selling app was the most popular free game on ITunes earlier this month, according to the Huffington Post. The app has since been removed from the App Store so if you didn’t download the app early last week, you’re out of luck.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones. When I heard about the app last week I downloaded it but didn’t get a chance to mess around with it until last weekend. In other words, I played it so you don’t have to.

Like any game I play, I’m competitive. I was growing and selling weed, making money and more. You can pay for strippers, pay off cops and robbers and kick people out not willing to ante up enough money to buy your weed. I learned the hard way by not balancing my product when the robbers came and was left with nothing.
