Besides learning how to ski and snowboard, I have to learn how to sandboard Colorado. Sandboarding is a thing and I want in.
The Huffington Post published a fun list explaining the “ONE” thing you must do in each state. Check out the list and save it for when you visit Alaska or some other cool state.
Sandboarding at the Great Sand Dunes National Park is a must-do in Colorado, according to the website.
“If you thought Colorado’s mountains were shreddable, wait till you speed down the tallest dunes in North America on a fiberglass board,” reads the Colorado post. “Don’t worry; you can usually still see snowcapped peaks in the background.”
