Citizens Project is behind it. According to its Facebook site, Citizens Project is a non-profit advocating equality, diversity, religious freedom, & civic engagement, creating a more inclusive and welcoming Pikes Peak community

The non-profit has posted many photos of people online explaining why they love Colorado Springs.
