At least one Denver restaurant is toying with the idea of pairing food and marijuana now that recreational marijuana is legal.
Hapa Sushi Grill and Sake Bar has an interesting menu: Poke Don with Purple Rain, Honey Miso Salmon with Sour OG and more.

The idea is there, however. It’s not clear how many hoops Hapa would have to jump through to make its menu a reality.
I’ve never been to the restaurant, but I give it an “A” for creativity.
