Everybody needs a dog like a Juneau. I know I do.

Juneau, a Siberian husky, was out with his owner Leonard Somers for a back-country ski run in Colorado when Somers’ skis hit a rock and sent him tumbling down a ravine, according to KDVR.

In a remarkable tale, Juneau helped his owner by finding help. Somers, of Englewood, couldn’t move anything except his arms and told his dog to get help. Juneau did.

Juneau found another dog and both dogs went to Somers, with the second dog’s owner following.  The husky was lying on Somers’ legs to help the man keep warm. Somers had to be airlifted off the mountain and is in a hospital in Craig vowing to walk again, according to KDVR.
