SBDC to host workshop on grants for businesses hurt by floods

The Colorado Springs Small Business Development Center will host a workshop on community development block grants and loans available to businesses affected by last September’s flooding from 4:30-6 p.m. Monday at Spencer Hall, 515 Manitou Ave.

Kelly Manning, state director of the Small Business Development Center network, and a representative of the U.S. Economic Development Administration will make presentations and be available for questions at the workshop. Grants of up to $10,000 and loans of up to $25,000 are available to businesses affected by the flooding in the Colorado Springs area and the rest of the Front Range.
