Russell Middle School inducts six into Wall of Fame

Charles M. Russell Middle School recently held its Wall of Fame induction ceremony.

The distinction is given to former Russell students who have made significant contributions to their community in any field.

The award not only honors former students but also encourages present students by providing positive role models who have shared the Russell Middle School experience.

This year’s inductees are:

  • Clint Schumm ’86, explosive detection K-9 handler and Medal of Valor recipient, Colorado Springs Police Department;
  • Julie Grant McCluan ’90, assessment facilitator, School District 11;
  • Brian Colonna ’93, theater designer, builder, actor;
  • Col. Kenneth Moss ’85, United States Air Force, currently stationed at the Naval War College;
  • Nolan Stites ’96, and Kristoffer Domeij ’97, are being honored posthumously, having died in service to their country.
