UCCS recognized for number of females in STEM tracks

The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs has squeaked in as one of the top 50 colleges in the nation advancing women in science, engineering, technology and math.

UCCS recently ranked 50th among public and private universities for the number of women enrolled in science, technology, engineering and math programs by San Francisco-based The College Database. UCCS and CU Denver were the only universities or colleges in Colorado included in the rankings.
