What’s now visible on the outside has already happened on much of the inside.
Kinder Morgan is renovating its building.
The company has already done some interior work that includes the replacement of HVAC ducts and bathroom fixtures and interiors, along with other improvements, construction workers said.
Now the company is having the exterior brick stripped from the building’s west side to put in an all glass front, one worker said. He said it will take his crew about five days to remove all of the bricks from that side of the two-story building.
“The whole thing is going to look like a store front when it’s done,” he said.
