Two Colorado College players are one of three finalists for National Collegiate Hockey Conference individual annual awards.
Freshman defenseman Jaccob Slavin, named to the league second and all-rookie teams, is a finalist for Rookie of the Year along with Nebraska-Omaha wing Jake Guentzel and Denver forward Trevor Moore. He is also up for Offensive Defenseman of the Year with Denver’s Joey LaLeggia and UND senior Dillon Simpson.
Senior wing Alexander Krushelnyski, a league scholar-athlete as well, is a finalist for Defensive Forward of the Year along with senior Chase Balisy of Western Michigan and St. Cloud State senior Nic Dowd.
