Here is this month’s schedule: Omaha, Jan. 10-11;  Western Michigan, Jan. 31-Feb. 1

The Penrose Cup will then make stops at Miami, North Dakota, Denver and Colorado College and Minnesota-Duluth in February, before concluding the tour in St. Cloud Feb. 28-March 1 when SCSU hosts North Dakota.

Former Tiger Joey Crabb‘s power-play goal in the first period was the eventual winner as the San Antonio Rampage scored five unanswered goals in a 5-1 victory over the Abbotsford Heat on Tuesday in American Hockey League play.

Minnesota-Duluth is eyeing a busy NCHC slate in the second half of the season.

Alaska-Anchorage will fly back home on Thursday after being stranded in Minneapolis since Sunday due to the winter storm that struck the lower 48.
