Most European training camps are well underway.

Former Tiger Andy Canzanello, pictured trying to deflect a teammate’s shot, is entering his seventh season with the Straubing Tigers in Germany. He tallied 14 points (10 assists) in 30 games last season.

Colin Stuart returned from overseas to sign with the American Hockey League’s Utica (N.Y.) Comets for a one-year deal. His stats were 21 points (12 assists) in 45 games for the Iserlohn Roosters in Germany in 2012-13.

Chris Hartsburg was hired this offseason to be an assistant coach for the Erie Otters of the Canadian major junior Ontario Hockey League.
