Fans may want to get into their seats a little earlier than years past to enjoy what CC hopes will be a more exciting pregame introduction package that will highlight the program’s past and present stars.
Following the visiting team introductions, there will be a new video focusing on CC hockey history, recent and older, centered around the “Be a Tiger” slogan.
Different former players and community VIPs – kept secret until game time — will be featured each game, changing each night.
The marketing department used this past summer’s alumni weekend to get video of a number of former players, recent and not so much, to participate.
Judging from the glimpse I had of the video after practice on Thursday, CC fans won’t be disappointed.
