I have been with the The Gazette since 2006 and began covering Air Force athletics in the fall of 2012. While with The Gazette I've jumped from layout & design to covering the Sky Sox to spending several years overseeing our high school sports coverage. I've written for newspapers at the University of Kansas, St. Joseph, Mo., and Maui. (By the way, one of those things is not like the other) At home, my wife, Jennifer, and I have three young daughters, ranging in age from 3 1/2 to 8 months. Just glad AF to a win against SDSU yesterday. He’s the same guy who a couple of years ago wanted AFA out of MWC baseball. Boring baseball analyst — who cares.
Enjoy the trip back to SoCal LaLa land Mr. Hall of Famer with a 1-2 record for the weekend. I too echo the comments above by Al when TG said AFA had no business being taken seriously in the MWC re: baseball.

Hall-a-Famer or not, he’s done a terrible job at a school that should be in the hunt every year for a spot in the NCAA tourney. They couldn’t be in a better location for baseball (MG it’s San Diego), they have a great facility, pretty good fan support (even though they don’t win) and shouldn’t have any problem getting just about any prospect into the school.
