Air Force might be playing a shorthanded San Diego State team on Saturday

Air Force will be going for its first ever win against a team ranked in the top 20 of the Associated Press poll this week when it plays 13th-ranked San Diego State on Saturday, and the Aztecs could be without their leading scorer and rebounder.

According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, guard Jamaal Franklin is “iffy” with an ankle injury he suffered Wednesday night. Franklin is reportedly on crutches, so he seemingly has a long way to go to play on Saturday. That would be a huge loss for San Diego State. Franklin leads the Aztecs with 16 points per game and also with 7.4 rebounds per game.

What a crock Gazette that one has to go on Twitter, Facebook, or some other “social – I want my email and internet and personal security hacked” network to respond to most of your articles. Poor decision you made!

  2. Pretty good info that I can see and do not know what your concern is? From San Diego News, Franklin is indeed on crutches and questionable for the game…status is unknown at this time but sounds very iffy… http://www.nctimes.com/sports/college/aztecs/san-diego-state-men-s-basketball-franklin-questionable-for-saturday/article_14ca23fd-ff28-5acc-b759-a065bd6dd551.html

Hate to see this for anyone….similar injury as to Mike Lyons before MWC play began. GO FALCONS
