Receiver Kevin Fogler has an injured posterior cruciate ligament in his knee and will be out for perhaps the rest of Air Force’s regular season.
“Maybe mid-November,” Falcons coach Troy Calhoun said of Fogler’s possible return. “Early November at the very soonest.”
Air Force’s final regular-season game is Nov. 18.
Fogler injured himself in the third quarter of Saturday’s game at Wyoming. Zach Kauth will get more playing time in Fogler’s usual “X” receiver spot.
Fogler came into this season with a 21.5-yard average per catch, the second highest in school history.
