As noted in a post below, the blog will be keeping track of two former Air Force players – Chad Hall and Ben Garland – trying to make NFL rosters.
The previous post deals with Hall. For information on Garland, check out Frank Schwab’s Broncos blog. It has Denver coach Josh McDaniels’ thoughts on Garland.

What about Rabold…is getting a look anywhere? Didn’t he have tangible NFL speed, strenght and size? How does Garland stack up in the combine tests? He definitly has all the intangibles covered.

That’s a good question about Rabold. I know he was getting some looks immediately after he graduated. I’ll check into it.
Dekker too. He’s still with the Pack, but on military leave, right?
Joe –
According to AF Sports Info Director Troy Garnhart, Dekker is in med school. So it looks as if he’s putting his NFL aspirations aside.
… at Georgetown Med School. Started in the fall.
Jake,
If Garland make the team will he be allowed to play, if not will the Broncos hold him a spot. Otherwise he’s wasting time due to his 2 year commitment. Also rumored there may be a 10 year reserve policy being discussed, which will allow SA guys to play right away. Any info or thoughts?
At Georgetown Med School. Started in the fall….. I think so
