It’s official: Air Force is heading back to the Armed Forces Bowl for the third straight season.
And for the second year in a row, the Falcons’ opponent will be Houston of Conference-USA.

Very disappointing to have to go back to the Armed Forces bowl three years in a row, let alone play the same team we played last year. I was really hoping the AFB committee would have chose Southern Miss instead of Houston. Once I heard it was Houston, I cancelled my plans to make the trip again this year. Not interested in a rematch, plus I think the Cougars might blow us out…hope not.

I figured there’d be a lot of disappointment about the bowl site and opponent. Be interesting to see the turnout of AF fans.
